That's pretty vague, but seeing as the film's about inspiration and psychology:

If you're looking for inspirational films I'd recommend stuff like One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, V For Vendetta, Catch Me If You Can, Shawshank Redemption

If you like films about the extremes of human psychology: The Illusionist, Donnie Darko, A Clockwork Orange, Fight Club, The Butterfly Effect.

These are all films in my DVD collection aswell as stuff like the classics: Pulp Fiction and Edward Scissorhands.

I liked A Beautiful Mind back when it was released and liked it a lot, rewatched it a couple of months back and found it really boring. Good Will Hunting is much better, I think.

Dead Poets Society because of the kind of setting (quite part-rural American traditional academic appearance in each) and general period, give or take a decade or so- even if the plots are different. Shadowlands could be mentioned.
