Good, but I'm sure a new nutcase will take over.

Sidenote: it's "Il" (IL) rather than "II"; it's his surname, not a number... not that it actually matters :p:
Actually "Kim" is his family name.

"Jong Il" is his given name.

I want to visit North Korea whilst it's still as mad as it is. I fear by the time I get around to it, it will have 'done a China' and gone all moderate and wishy-washy. If I'm going to pay good money to get there, I want a proper Stalinist dictatorship.

You're behind the times, old boy. He's appointed himself King Jong II of Korea.

You won't see much anyway, appaz the North Korean tour is ridiculously moderated and strict, which is no great surprise.

Hopefully I'll go to S.Korea next year if I get my fat ass and act together.

Yea, you're not allowed to go anywhere without an officially designated tour guide, plus you're only being shown the government-approved locations that don't have anything to do with the real life whatsoever. Can't see the point of going there, TBH - it's not, like, you're gonna see how it really looks like anyway :yep:

Another "thank God" moment. He deserves it for putting dissenters in slave labour camps and causing more suffering to his people,
    Bye King Jong II

"is in danger of dying from it"? is in danger? Surely it's a garauntee that he'll die from it at some point?

Ah South Korea, ever the optimists.
