    I keep bugging my mum for some, but she says the key to restoring your body clock is staying up all night, and the next day, and by the time 11pm ish comes along you're sleepy and everything's normal again :p:

    I have nothing to do of late , and the way I see it , the later I stay up.
    The later I wake up therefore letting me waste some hours of tomorrow away instead of sitting around and doing sweet F.A.

    It's working lately but Jesus Christ , trying to find a job at the moment is so hard so this will have to continue for the foreseeable future.
