    neither bicep nor tricep.

    They're fun, will do little for building the biceps. Good for wrist work if you have problems.

    Mountain bikers wrists take a lot of abuse when going over rocky ground. Over time in a ride (cycle that is ) you find it harder to flex your fingers, not good when you need to use the brakes, this is known as arm pump. A powerball exercises and strengthens the muscles reducing the effect of arm pump.

    Just so happens it aids masturbation. Though only the arm side of things.

    By the way you can also get an adaptor so you can use it on your ankle/foot though that is supposed to be very difficult.
