Hey! what songs would you guys recommend for a house party? I'm thinking about songs that everybody would like i.e playing R n B may not suit someone who listens to heavy metal (sorry if that sounds a bit offensive). So songs that everyone can sing aloud to etc.

    Thanks

ACDC - You Shook Me All Night Long
Katy Perry - Hot N Cold
La Roux - In For The Kill/Bulletproof
Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit
Savage Garden - Truly Madly Deeply
Thin Lizzy - The Boys Are Back In Town
Third Eye Blind - Semi-Charmed Life
    Crazy Town - Butterfly
Bon Jovi - Livin' On A Prayer

A bit rock-orientated i'll admit but they are all party songs imo.

My idea of a nightmare party.

Get 'I'm not alone' in there at some point and the roof will come off.

hmmm it can be quite difficult when all your friends are into different music. i would say play all the typical RnB and rock that everyones heard of. (stuff that has been in the charts) so everyones happy, and all the things djs play at a typical birthday party in a pub room type bash. (killers, queen, typical classics everyones heard of) then, when everyone gets really drunk later on, just put on some niche. everyone loves niche when they are drunk

Thanks for the suggestions. Will definitely be adding them to the list. btw does anyone know whether you can transfer a playlist onto an ipod touch? I thought you could only do this on the iPods previously to the touches.
