    in Sevenoak's website.
    I can't believe my eyes, 73% for a 7 in Math HL and (i believe) a record low of 77/120 for a 7 in paper 2

Can someone confirm: Central Europe is TZ1, right? Already finished my IB's and still am not sure about this...

also: does anyone have complete boundaries for TZ1?
and another one (a bit OT): are we going to see grade breakdowns on the website, or will only the coordinator have these?
    Thanks

75/120 for paper 1?! Bhahahahahahahah. That just made my day. ******* IB, setting that paper.

Although I agree, with the boundary for a 7 so low for paper 1, I can't believe that a 75% overall is a 7. Ah well.

    Hey,
does anyone have the Swedish A1 SL grade boundaries?
Just email your IB coordinator. That'll be quickest.

...but if anyone knows Czech A1 HL boundaries, it's welcome too.

well the overall boundary is not calculated based on one paper, it is based on all internal and external assessments. ie. you add each of the percentage of each component (to get a 7) and multiply their weighting, then you get 75% overall for the series option to get a 7.

We got a situation just like this for paper 2 in TZ2 this year and for my option (stats) the boundary to get a 7 is even lower (73%).

Calculating the percentages, the overall grade for a 7 should be 74%, if you use the weighting. 1% isn't that much, but it can be a huge difference if you're right on the edge.
