    USA has been planning to cause instability in China for a long time.

    While China is not a very rich or advanced country, nor does it have the means to take any measures in countries as far away as Algeria or the likes, it isn't exactly anti Muslim in most ways.

    The winner in such a scenario seems to be USA.

    Can somebody explain why does the exiled leader of certain groups that were affected in the recent disturbances in China have to live in USA?
