    Sleep well .
Growth stimulating hormones are released when you are sleeping , and so it's the only time you can grow taller .

You're 3 inches below average. Average height in the UK is about 5'9. Realistically, anything between 5'6 and 6' is considered average. Also, most surveys on what women would consider short (for a man) regularly suggest that anything below 5'6 is considered short by the ladies.

    You're fine.

    Hi mena

Yeah mena's right , I think girls stop growing at like 18/19 , boys stop at 21/22 ish.
I don't think that's right. I stopped growing at 13 (started shrinking a couple of months ago) and I'm now 17, I know very few girls who are still growing.

Er nope I just stopped growing upwards - haven't stopped growing outwards yet

And me and a friend of mine are both shrinking actually. Well, either that, or we mismeasured one of the times. Which is probably more likely but I honestly think I have shrunk.

Ahh right , booty still growing .

You probably mis-measured it , or you lost weight so it measured smaller ?.

Sorry to have distrubed you aswell , have a nice evening.
