    I'm curious as to what "normal" people eat in an average day, as in... people who don't eat to achieve an objective.

    I had a smoke salmon and cream cheese bagel and some salad with Humous and Tzatziki which I made myself :awesome: Oh and two slices of ham

    Also some ben and jerrys

    Doubt I'll eat anything else today

    Small bowl of cereal for breakfast, chicken mayo salad baguette type thing from school and flapjack for lunch, and lasagne for tea followed by some of those go ahead slice things. Tastey.

    Breakfast - weetabix & green tea
    Lunch - cheese & tomato sandwhich
    Dinner - if i'm hungry, noodles. but i'll probaby just have some fruit

    5am - Red Bull, Flapjack
    10am - Myoplex [protein and carb shake]
    11am - Chicken Curry & Rice
    3pm - 2 Flakes, 1 Twix Coffee Flavour, 1 Red Devil

    going to go shopping for my dinner in a few

    ye, hence the I'm out of sync of what normal people eat like

    I usually go for things based on their protein amounts lol

    or I have my off days like today, where its mostly chocolate based

    Off-days sound good haha.
    I would find it hard to just go about what i eat based on protein, i quite enjoy cooking/eating lol.
    But a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do riight

    I don't eat breakfast.

    For lunch, biscuits from a selection box with marmite on some cheese (normally a dairylea cheese slice), some crisps (loads of different types, cba to name them all) and a chocolate chip muffin. I like to eat the same lunch when I'm at home, not because I'm sticking to a diet, but because I hate change :yep:

    For tea, many different things. The meal I eat most often is pasta shells with melted cheese on top. Tasty :p: Then normally chocolate, cereal, biscuits or ice cream for pudding

    All sounds pretty sad, but I like it

    I had coco pops, two toasts with cream cheese spread, most of a Cadbury's box of fingers (will finish completely later) and I currently have a fish/cheese/potato pie thing in the oven.
