    i made a toad in the hole but burnt myself on the dish. bad times. Toad in the hole was delicious though, still trying to figure out if i come out of the whole situation a winner, or a loser....

    That's pretty much your standard diet isn't it? :confused:

    Lack of veg, check. Lack of fruit, check. Lack of good fats, check. Curry, check. Myoplex, check. Energy drinks, check. Chocolate, check. lack of structure and balance, checkcheckcheck.

    Don't know how you can do it in all honesty.

    No breakfeast as i didn't drag myself outta bed til 1:30pm, chicken and mushroom pot noodle for lunch (yummy :yep: )
    and pizza and chips for tea followed by an apple

    usually less chocolates [1 a day vs 4-5 I had yday]

    and more whey and oats [normal not in flapjack form]

    and sometimes its met-rx instead of myoplex lol

    but i've always eaten like this for the most part

    like I'll have 1 proper meal a day, usually rice n curry cos im asian like that

    and then rest of meals are just whey n oats

    I used to have 2 proper meals a day, 2nd usually being burgers or a sandwich

    don't have veggies unless im dieting

    dont have fruits unless im at someone elses house/its very cheap

    Woke up this morning, feelin' fine. We've a current account, that'll blow your mind! We give you fifty times more, than these others could....

    However, in other news: I had a bowl of Frosted Shreddies for brekkie with my cuppa tea. Then I had a banana mid-morning before going out for a run. Came back and had a pack of Worcester Sauce flavour Walker's and a pack of Skips. Then I had a plum

    Tonight, Matthew, I think I'll be mostly eating pork chops.
