Exerices to enhance shoulder/neck & lower abs (pic) watch

    As title says.

    Also how can i stay similar build. I generally aternate day to day from cardio and weight training should i stop one of these or just slowly reduce what i do ?

    For my neck i do a circut of 2 bridges for time, seems to work as ive never had any neck trouble grappling or playing football

    By neck do you mean your trapezius muscles (the bits that join between your neck and shoulder)
