Not sure where to put this really, but I think fitness is probably most appropriate.

My current bra size is 36F, and I'm about 20lbs above my ideal weight. My boobs sag down a little because of the size. If I were to lose the 20lbs and get down to my ideal weight, assuming that fat came off my boobs, would they become perkier? Or am I destined to keep the same shape regardless of size?

They'll probably become perkier since the extra weight won't be on them. So yeah go for it

Working your chest with light weights will also help. I didn't know exactly how to explain it but a quick google search has come up with an article that can probably explain it better than me anyway

Anything that works the pectoral major and minor will help 'lift them' I suppose, and as boobs are just fat then as you trim down your blubber level your boobs should also reduce.

Just don't kid yourself with the super light weights, you need to work the chest muscles hard

Can't believe I'm saying this... but have you thought of breast reduction? You're breasts will get smaller when you lose weight, but they are still going to be relatively massive.

If they are causing you problems, I think NHS will cover a breast reduction but there would be quite a few hurdles to jump over.

And bros, don't be too alarmed at my suggestions. I've seen some before and after shots from women with MASSIVE boobs. They end up making the girl just look fat. The afters were much better. Better shape and didn't sag below the waste. They weren't reduced that much, down to a DD.

I've lost 3st and my boobs have gone south a little more than before - I'm a 32B so they've now they're not stuck under my chin like they were before.

Sadly to say, they're more likely to droop more, because they'll be more... empty. Not to mention the fact that if you've been a 36F for a long time, then the skin may not shrink.

That is, if you lose any weight off your boobs - some people don't at all. I'm still a 32B, just a lower one lol.

You'd have to lose it very slowly with exercise for your breast muscles, too. Otherwise you'll lose fat, but not skin = everything goes saggy and flabby.

Considering you don't actually have breasts, and the fact that I do, I feel I'm more qualified to judge.

So by that reasoning a man will know more about the medical condition and what could affect it in relation to his penis than a female gynaecologist?

But well done you, its not often people can defy science, you are truly an inspiration.

So you're an expert on breasts are you? You're effectively comparing yourself to a specialist breast care consultant.... yeah, that's logical.

I'm talking to YOU, not a consultant. In those terms, yes I'm more qualified than you.

    How do you know?

Just becuase you own or have something does not make you an expert on it bab, your just pissed as I am calling your excericse out as being tosh, even the ******** media girly mags and websites would back up pectoral development and boob lift.

Oh btw, as you have feck all tricep development you can't have much pec development to back up your claim, you will have to try a little harder than that bab, prehaps you should stick to slapping makeup on people

Perhaps you should **** off out of a thread that doesn't concern you. Oh, no wait, it's in fitness - and you're the expert, of course.

 You're so tiresome. No wonder people can't take you seriously on here.

Maybe not, but I'm pretty sure he understands alot more about muscle development and effective training than me or you. Thats what the OP is after, a way to build the muscle underneath the breast tissue/fat to make them look perkier.

But who's to say she's going to lose ANY fat off her boobs at all? She won't know until she tries it.
