yer i was going to say you can do 'exercises' and get some sort of cream from the doctors, and if this doesnt work they will look into circumcision.
look on mens health as there are loads of threads on guys with similar problems and what they do.
my boyfriend is cirsumcised, he was a virgin when we slept together and i was a few past that stage...circumcision takes 'readjustment of techniques' but if hes in so much pain and hasnt had any sexual experience before then he isnt going to know the difference.

A tight foreskin (phimosis) is actually caused by the masturbation habits you describe.

Tell him to stop the damaging masturbation habits and change to the normal method of gripping the shaft lightly and moving the skin up and down.

My own theory is that the 3 spongy blood vessels (corpus cavernousm penis and corpus cavernosum urethra) in the penis become damaged through certain masturbation techniques (such as thrusting against the bed, or pushing down on the erect penis through clothes watching porn at your desk). You can see a diagram here:

So as I said, it needs rest and repair. That way the spongy arteries will repair and be able to fill up with blood more and stretch the penis from the inside out. It will also make it easier to pull the skin down as the spongy arteries will provide some give.

Another thing is that these damaging masturbation techniques create scar tissue at the top of the penis; scar tissue is inelastic. So that is another reason to switch to the normal method.

Try what I have suggested for a while then consult your GP about steroid creams which make the skin more pliable.

You want to avoid circumcision as it has negative sexual effects:

Yeah this is really common. My boyfriend was like this - the first night we got together we were very drunk and I was doing it for him and he said it was genuinely painful because I didn't realise (being hammered and all) that his foreskin never went down that far before. Hahaha... but after a couple of times it's fine and he says he has seen the actual skin of his penis for the first time ever!

I had an op to stretch the skin away from the head when I was like 5. It then took me about 2 years of gentle masturbation to get to "normal" when I was older.

Probably end up with circumcision if he's 17!

We don't think it's a tight foreskin anymore, but it's really good to hear that it's a common problem- you know what I mean, we're not alone lol.
Anyway he can get his foreskin quite far down, I can almost masturbate him normally now but we think the problem is a really sensitive glans, he can't bear anything touching it.

Anon because I don't want people to see this

If he was to masturbate more often then it would stretch. I only started when I was 15(and it was a mistake that led to it) and in the year that has passed my foreskin has stretched a lot. Also the head was so sensitive but that has calmed down also.

The best thing to do is to just **** him off. Literally tie him down and **** him. It will hurt but it will only be temporary pain and you'll be on the way. Also show him your boobs and I doubt he'll mind the pain.
