    I lost nearly 20lb in one week, but it was tortuous and took me months to get back.

    Set more realistic targets, honestly. You will just lose muscle so as soon as you set back into a normal diet you have nothing to burn the calories and it will go straight back on again.

    Even 1 stone in 8 weeks is a lot, and losing much more than will just result in putting it back on plus more very quickly after.

    Also you'll have practically zero energy so won't be able to "excersize" properly.

    Is it steroids you're on? Because that happened to me, as well. Starving yourself can lead to all sorts of problems, so as tempting as it sounds you're going to put your body through hell for something which will probably revert back to its initial state when you stop. The slower the weight loss, the more likely it is to stay off. Pace yourself.

    brah sort out your head, noone cares what you look like, thats a wong reason to lose weight, and even then could you maintain it?

    I know an 18 year old girl who did something like that, and she's got loadsssssssss of loose skin now.
