    Healthily, whats the minimal amount of sleep you can live with? i heard anything below 6 hours raises blood pressure, and abov 10 lowers it.

    I have friends that oly sleep like 5 hours a night and funtion perfectly fine on that. Whereas I get grumpy if i don't get more than 7. I think the main factor is what you're used to so I'm sure you could change your sleeping habits if you wanted to.

    It also depends on how physically active you are I believe. IE If you do heavy weights sessions you need more sleep than someone who just walks about.
