Moving House, Referencing Company, Bank Statements watch

    • Thread Starter

Well Basically, I've just had a new job and as a result, need to move house. I didn't earn quite enough on a calculation to take the property. However I've done a cashflow and can afford it comfortably.

The referencing company said that I would qualify easily if I could send them my disability paperwork, which I have done.

They've now asked to see my bank statements, to which at the moment I am about £600 overdrawn because I haven't been paid from my last contract.

I'm basically nervous that the referencing company will see this if I submit my bank statements and fail my reference.

So my question is, if they see my bank statements and it shows i'm £600 overdrawn, will they fail my reference??

Explain, or wait until money comes in then show them statement?

I don't know if they will fail your reference though, ask them.
Do I go to The Streets tomorrow night?
