For months I've always done lower body equally to how much I've done upper body.

Mainly using free weights to do calf raises/deadlifts/squats/good mornings and so forth.

However now it's summer I've started playing squash like around 5 times a week, meaning when I'm not playing my hamstrings and legs are pretty dam tired. I'm sure I can still do calf raises, and some quad exercises but the idea of anything on my hamstrings doesn't sound too appealing.

I just am worried incase I lose alot of muscle not doing leg exercises as regularly? Squash obviously exercises them alot with the amount of lunges etc. but I'm sure its no complete substitute?

If people think I definitley ought to continue doing them as often as I do upper body, I suppose it'd be best to just do more reps lower weights then?

From this forum and reading I've kind of accepted how important squats and deadlifts are so not sure it'd be just to cut them from my gym workouts.
