True! Also, I live in Manchester if you need a volunteer parent! :o:
    :mmm:

I'm not looking to have kiddies just yet, but if your offer still stands in three years time I might take you up on that. :awesome:

I don't want babies because they are too expensive and stretch your vagina. Plus, they are a lifelong commitment and I cba.

I bet you're sure glad your mothers didn't have such an approach.

Picking up women?! How dare you think that was my intention, I could be in a very long term relationship or married!

(Besides I would've just messaged you!)

Not really that reason, though if I ever have a kids, I do feel sorry for them. Poor things would have to put my with all my neurotic behaviour.

The one thing that gives me a headache is the idea of being completely responsible for someone else's life. Nevermind the horror that is childbirth, how it will afect my body (age does anyway) and the exhausting first few years with all the mess and crying and everything.

But... when you have a child, that's a human life you and someone else created... and you have to think about the fact that who they become when they're much, much older depends a lot of you. Molding someone else... that's what scares me. All I can say is that it scares me now, at the age of twenty. Later on though, I'll want to face this fear.

Before I met my boyfriend, I didn't want babies for all the reasons everyone has listed in this thread. The idea just freaked me out.

Now we've been together a couple of years and are engaged and I'm getting broody - I don't think it's about you personally, but when you meet someone really special it's something you want to do together. A LOT of people change their minds about kids, and I think it's partly growing up and partly meeting the person you want to have them with.

Ahh, but being in a relationship or married doesn't stop you from doing it though, does it?

And :hand:. (Does this mean you won't be messaging me? :emo:)
