I've been searching their site through and through and the only two addresses i found were one for enquiries (with automated response so it didn't help at all) and another "service disk" address for dealing with technical difficulties.... Does this mean there is no way of contacting them via email with questions concerning your application? Is the only way to get your questions answered to call them? The reason i'm asking is because i'd rather be able to just email them than phone them because it's quite expensive to call from abroad

Where are you calling from? How much is it? There are certain numbers that can make it cheaper, aren't there? I haven't found an email address either.

It only costs me 3 cents or so a minute to call someone in England

Ok I checked my operators pricing and it isn't as expensive as I expected: 0,60€/min. But it's still sort of annoying since it would be so much more convenient just to mail them :dontknow:
