Ooooo stayed there before the open day, nice, I believe it is catered?
t'is, t'is. I've not been there yet, but I had to go for catered. The catered ones are also meant to be where it's at socially :p:

Um, not if you want to watch a programme which is on them - you are obviously happy with freeview so don't buy sky.

I'm praying that it's catered, cos I haven't bothered to learn to cook anything
bah, cooking is easy, get a cookbook of simple recipes and few utensils and you are off :p: And self-catered accom is cheaper, so you will save up ( that is an advise, not order :p: )

I will re-sit the horid modules that spoiled my grades and then concentrate on getting a good degree in Chem and saving up money to go on to grad entry course. Its horrible, but at least with postgraduate entry GCSE don't matter as much and I will be on the same footing as everyone else( provided my Chem degree will be 2.1 or more)!

It really is easy, I mean there are so many prepared ingredients out there- like ready peeled/cooked/washed veg, canned food, easy-cook grains Not to mention takeaway option

I fail to see the appeal of sky
The appeal of any multimedia entertainment service lies in it's content. So the appeal of Sky is in shows like Lost, House, 24, as well as pretty comprehensive sports and film packages. And this is why people pay for it.

    See it now? :beard:

Still thinking of going to impy for clinicals?
Currently I want to go to either Imperial, Barts or UCL for my clinicals. However I have 3/4 years ahead of me before that, so anything could happen. :p:

I see no point in cooking, it's dull and pointless

Each to his own, I like it, even if I don't always bother to cook. washing up afterwards is a ***** though
