Who on earth buys swarovski crystal toasters? I'd much prefer a diamond encrusted oven or something.

Also, now I'll get emails from amazon advising me on toaster sales because now I've looked at a toaster. I get them regarding sales on kettles because once I looked at a kettle :sigh:

We have to buy one apparently, is in the literature we were given. If everyone gets one then we will have 10-12 toasters per room! :yep:


I havent received the letter yet, I barely eat toast so I wont get one :biggrin: Although the idea of an alarm that makes toasts when it rings sounds great.

How about an intelliboil? It boils water to the exact temperature you ask it. I bet it is the kettle of choice for imperial undergraduates! :p:

That's exactly what I was thinking...it would probably be attachable by USB so not as much fun, maybe a little less crumby.
