I've never played in a 5-a-side league, but I imagine there are some bruisers in there as well.

The most terrified I've ever been was at this one game, it was in the one of the roughest council estates you could imagine, raining (so perfect for slide tackles), the pitch had a burned-out car on the side with all these scary individuals drinking around it, and our manager didn't even dare get out of his car. Then their team turned up late (looking like they'd just come from a young offender's institution) having been out drinking all night, threw up, had a fag and then got ready to play. In the first five minutes two of their players had yellow cards and one of ours had been carried off injured. :s:

Suffice to say I didn't try and fancy skills in that game. :p:
Sounds like most of the gardens around my town :p:

    6 a side.

    That does sound bad.
All our matches are at our schools astro so sort of home turf in that respect.
School cleaner plays in the same league. his team is much better than ours :p:

I don't think too many of the teams are really bad violence wise, the colleges 2 teams are probably the worst offenders.
The ref likes our team though because we have a player who insults both the opposition and our team equally. He was clotheslined once for insults though :p:

Cheese is amazing. It's the king of foods, goes with anything.

I've never eaten **** either tbh, judging by the smell it probably doesn't taste nice - but even then it has to be better than cheese.

So yeah, i'll have **** on my beans rather than cheese thanks :top:

Maybe a harmonica is closer, more than a clarinet. It's so annoying.
