Ok so I've recieved my final notification on the amount of money I will recieve when i start university, yet they have decided to say i am not being assessed by household income - despite telling someone on the phone i wanted to be, and them receiving the required financial information from my parents.

Is this a common problem? I will be contacting them shortly, but I'm ujst wondering if anyone else has had this problem and whether it's a simple problem to fix or requires some...persistance :p:

    Thanks

If you read through a few posts on here, everyone has been saying that they are only doing non-income assessed at the moment and doing the income assessed part when they are on top of the 6/8 week backlog they have. I received my finance notification and it was well over 1k short. I think we just have to be patient :o:
