Is it any good? does it help keep make up in place for longer?

I had this and hated it. Useless product that goes all dry and flaky in the tin after a while.

    I hate the texture.

It probably blocks your pores too.

It makes a good base for make-up, and I think makes your skin feel nice, but I didn't notice any difference with the shine factor

I think it keeps my make up on longer/ looking nicer but you have to be careful- it sometimes goes flaky on my face- NOT a good look....

Can anybody recommend a better product?

    Get No7's anti-shine primer instead.

My mum uses this and she swears by it! I haven't used it - so can't give my verdict on it.

i love it! my skin is quite dry so i use a very rich moisturiser, this can make the pores on my forehead look really big and i look greasy. a slick of dr feelgood over my t-zone in the morning makes me mattified for the whole day!
