    we didnt do it y12....I just, read around...a lot...but we do do some terribly simplified version in upper sixth so I see

    Ah yes. I was speaking to my last biology teacher about it and he was like 'unless you want to do it at uni, there really is no need to know about xyz'.
    It's cause I was away so learnt more than was necessary.
