I doooooo I'm well scared! My reference won't be done til the deadline I wouldn't imagine.

    Ahhh that must be scary...
Oh yehhhh I've heard about that - do you have to write another PS did I see?! Not fun.
:hugs: Good luck. I'm **** scared about my application, but I try not to think about it much, which helps.

Well, the additional personal statement thing doesn't seem as bad. It's really just asking 'so what is it about the Cambridge course that attracts you'. My problems with the SAQ are mostly small details in random sections of it.

If that's what you want to do I'd say go for it - there's no point holding back because of how they're percieved.

    :awesome:

    I might go for it
doesn't matter if I don't -- you can transfer at the end of your first year because that year is common

I see nothing wrong with it. If there were two subjects I really wanted to do at university, then I'd look for degrees with joint honours in them. According to my parents, in their day, joint honours were not considered to be as good or equal to a single honours course, as the depth of study in the subjects was nowhere near what it was in the single honours courses - but that certainly isn't the case these days, as far as I am aware. :yep:
