Ah bad times. What did you play for grade 6? I think I played one of Handel's sonatas (I think C minor), Rutter's Suite Antique, Song of the Wind, by Donjon, and then some orchestral extracts (couple of bits from Mozart's The Magic Flute, and the solo in Arlesienne by Bizet) - this was with Trinity Guildhall though (my teacher wanted to see what the board were like compared to ABRSM, so I decided to do my grade 6 with them).
I would have played Suite Antique, the first piece, if IIRC, howver ABRSM, have changed their whole syllabus.

The pieces weren't the bad part of my exam though.

I played Vivace (Sonata in B flat - Quantz), and then the 2nd and 3rd Movements from Sonatina (can't remember the key) by Jardaniyi and then Con Brio (this ragtime, full of fancy ornaments and stuff).

lol just read specificity as virginity

    Spoiler:
    Show
put into the sentence 'the instructive theory predicted that antibody molecules would lose their virginity if unfolded and then refolded in the absence of antigen'
