    Firstly,  \sin^2 A = 1-  \cos^2 A = \dfrac{16-9}{16} = \dfrac{7}{16} .

    Also, due to the range of A, sin(A) is negative - hence \sin A = -\sqrt{\dfrac{7}{16}} = -\dfrac{\sqrt{7}}{4}

    Note that:  \sin 2A = 2\sin A\cos A .
