Well, I just joined up for the very first time with a gym in London that costs £17 a month, no contract (but a £29 joining fee when you start). Is this cheap?

    My stats:

    Height: 6 ft 1 exactly
    Weight: 75.3kg

Is that normal? I just want to be lightly toned as I think I'm naturally skinny-fat (bad diet, pockets of fat in unsightly places), so what do I do? I don't want to be thickly muscular, but lightly toned by uni in Sept.

    Is this possible?

    What do I do?

I don't have a personal trainer there though, whatever that is :/

When I had a look, it had everything....even virtual motivational classes that run hourly, but it hasn't got a swimming pool.

What do you eat in a typical day? Also, any pics?

(also, don't lie to your friends about going on holiday (other thread) if you're not a troll then I'll tell you why, it's really, really stupid)

Well as long as it's got everything that you plan to use, then yeah I'd say that you're getting a good deal. What things are you planning to use?
