Gerry Adams went from being an IRA terrorist in the early '70s to a revered peacemaker in the '90s. Lord Mandelson went from being a diehard Communist in his youth to being a money obsessive and baron. People's minds are never stagnant.
Yeh, cos in the last 10 years Nick Griffin has suddenly changed from an openly racist, semi holocaust denying **** to become.......................... A slightly less openly racist, semi holocaust denying ****.

    Are you a Vegan?
No. I don't like meat but occasionally eat it, can't have dairy for medical reasons.

    Oh that sucks.

    Well, dairy's overrated anyway.

I'd be put off if my boyfriend was bisexual. None of the others would bother me though.

I'm pretty sure I could convince most people to change their beliefs about anything.

Being an idiot is a turn off to me.

For me, it's more being worried about them dying or getting hurt  And, selfish reason, but not being able to see them for months on end.

Things that would put me off:
-Burgers/hot dogs/fast food are his favourite food
    -He constantly uses 'text speak'
    -He dresses like a tramp
    -He needs a serious haircut

Things that would make me dump him (though I doubt I'd ever get in a relationship with a guy like this):
-All of the things from the other list, plus:
    -He refuses to use condoms
-Is in or wants to be in the military
-Doesn't realise that I only say no once and always mean it
    -Pesters me for anal sex
    -Makes fun of my opinions
-Expects me to kiss/shag him when he's blind drunk
-Gets drunk for the sake of getting drunk
    -Has poor personal cleanliness
-Refuses to keep himself trimmed and presentable down there, whilst expecting me to do so
    -Thinks cheating is okay
    -Is a diehard football fan

    ...... I'm sure there's more. I had no idea I was so fussy :rofl2:

Nothing, but I'd like to raise children that see their daddy every day. And keeping up a relationship and family life is going to be hard enough as a doctor let alone with my future husband away for half the year!

I'm from an Army family and it really wasn't that bad. My dad was away maybe 2-3 months of each year (falklands, bosnia, NI etc) but if you're used to it then it doesn't really bother you. Plus it's awesome when they come back!

Fair enough, I just don't think I could personally deal with it, and I wouldn't want to put my kids through it either.

Omg, I agree with you 100% (minus the haircut, I like untidy, but clean hair).
Junk food, armed forces, football - all absolute dealbreakers for me.

I can't believe some of the girls on here would actually dump/not go out with a guy because he was a big football fan. I love watching football and following my team (Spurs) and its never occurred to me that it would be a dealbreaker for some girls.

I absolutely despise football but I agree with you. It's like a guy saying he's not going to go out with your because you wear make up and spend x amount of money on it each month :p:
