Some guys just aren't good on MSN or on the phone. I'm fine talking to people face to face but i literally don't think i have ever had a phone conversation go on longer than ten minutes. I just talk about what needs talking about and i'm done.
For the life of me i have never understood how some girls can talk on the phone for over an hour.

haha longest convo i had on phone was nearly 2hours..but that was only chattin to one of ma best m8s who i hadnt seen in ages cos of uni,we had a lot to catch up on! apart from talking to close m8s and my mum on the phone i dont really like phone calls..i wouldnt be able to have a proper conversation with ma bf on the phone...and on msn it depends if have interesting news to talk about,or making plans..
i just txt everyone more than any other way of comunicating..

Im exactly like that to my gf on msn and not much better on the phone.
I dont know why but i just dont know what to say and/or i cant be bothered to type out long sentences about the same nonsense 'wuu2' "hws u?" "wubu2?". When im with her in person im fine though and have a lot to say.

I have a mate who is like that. He drives me crazy... in the end I just give up trying to make convo and he has a go at me because he finds the silence 'akward.' Argh...

EVERYONE is either way more fun on msn then in real life

or a total bore on msn and a lot of fun in real life

ive had this experience so many times. theres only so many times you can say lol just to fill the 'silence'

msn isnt as fun as it used to be a few years ago.. facebook has taken over as the main means of online communication

There would be no point at all, especially since its a LDR its pointless.
I'm the same as him, ive told my gf why i do it and she understands. She never goes on MSN anyway as we see eachother in person so why bother?

I dont understand why so many girls here have LDR's when they are young and should be getting out there and having fun. Not coming home from work/school every night and instand messaging their 'boyfriend' if you can even call them that.
