You've used a lot of different terms in your post. Chubby, Curvy, Big. These are all very different, i.e.

Anywhere from 2-5 for me. Though 1 doesnt look all that bad, definately not the 'stick thin bone-y ugly' type of thing which all girls seem to rave about

Exactly that. There's a 12 inch difference between my waist and my hips and I'm a size 8/10.

Yep, but you don't really tend to find MANY thin girls who are curvy or MANY overweight girls who are curvy.

Most of the curvy women are often some in the middle.

I would say they quite often ARE curvy, you just don't realise it. Curvy is basically an hourglass shape isn't it? I'd say quite a lot of thin people fall into that category.
