Is there actually any difference between all of these? When I look around the uni campus on the signs, a lot of the degree subjects have different titles like this. But what does it mean?

A faculty will encompass different subjects by their field i.e. the Department of Physics will be part of the Faculty of Science.

Well I'm part of the Department of English in the School of Arts, Languages and Literature. So Department tends to relate to the specific subject & School or Faculty is the broader section heading the subject comes under.

They don't really mean much (usually). It's all about university organisation and management issues.

For example, I'll be in the Economics Division within the School of Social Sciences, which is within the Faculty of Arts, Law, and Social Sciences. Only five years earlier and I would have been within the Department of Economics in the Faculty of Arts, Law, and Social Sciences. Or, if we go back a really long way, in 1975, I would have been in the Department of Econometrics (no idea about the faculty though ). :p:
