    asking advise from all you baking enthusiasts out there....

    so im going to a friends house warming on saturdeay and was thinking of baking something to take as a gift.

    the question is what do i make....

    cute little fairy cakes
    shortbread
    chocolate cookies
    a big "propper" cake.... fruit, chocolate, lemon???
    muffins

    i just cant decide..... any ideas????

    A big cake, with two layers a a cream filling :woo: well a big cake in general will do

    Other than that lots of muffins would be cute. But they would have to be presented really nice, like in a little basket or on stacked on a big plate, wrapped up in cellophane and tied in a ribbon.

    Ive just done some triple choc muffins with icing and a chucked a generous glug of dark rum in there to make them special.
