    Hi

I am doing dissertation for my MSc at University of Hull

The purpose of the questionnaire is to investigate the effect of humour in television advertising.

The questionnaire has 4 pages and will take about 7 mins

Why does it say 'high school' rather than 'secondary school' and why aren't there separate options for up to GCSE level and A level, since these are quite different?

Under 'occupation' it should be 'housewife/husband'.

Question 6 - 'everyday' is an adjective.

    What is 'humour advertising'?!

Why such crappily made questionnaires from university students?

Only half way through but already this questionnaire isnt put together so I can answer correctly, as youre on here youre targetting students - you need more bands in income its ridiculous to have such wide ranges. Q 8 is also terrible, you need to choose multiple times to watch tv - most people watch it at different times everyday eg. 07.40-08.20 then when I get home/evening.

Makes me doubt their ability too, said a final year Marketing student.

    1) "When you watch television how often do you watch advertising?"....erm, you can't avoid watching advertisements when you watch TV.
    2) "How often did you watch humour advertising?".... please rephrase this!
    3) "Which element of the advertising that made you laugh?".... same as above

No offence, but the questionnaire is quite badly written, and you'll have some trouble getting your desired information from it.

Although I whole heartedly agree that this questionnaire was written with a high level of ineptitude, skyOne and sky anytime allow you not to watch adverts.
