    Any word on how it's being funded? Because if it's publicly funded, I'm not convinced that it would be the best way to achieve the aim of more houses, and reduced emissions. Full tax breaks (I.E buyers and developers) on zero carbon developments with fuel-duty style rates on non green developments and/or a hastening of zero carbon building regulations would surely be a far more efficient way of achieving that aim.
Do you agree with the proposed ban on plastic straws and cotton buds?
