Ohh...I wouldn't be impressed if I were his wife lol.
no, 'cos he's probably always out + about doing radio stuff and she's left with the kids! Apparently the new little girl doesn't even have a name yet, poor nameless child

I rearely listen to Radio 1 because all they seem to play is crap. But I flicked it on a while back with Dev and he actually played some decent stuff, and not just what was in the charts. Only listened for about half an hour but is that about right for him?

But anyway I'm glad Nihal isn't on (regardless of whether I listen much). He is so irritating in his total non-humour-but-actually-I-think-I'm-funny-so-I'll-repeat-myself-over-and-over oh and here comes the countdown to study music and it's really quiet so you might not hear it. Did you hear me I said it's really quiet? Did you get what I did there I said it's really quiet music but actually it's very loud. Har har

    But overall he's very good...

Not a fan, I don't find Greg James very good. I'm not too bothered about Jo Whiley going to weekends but can find Fearne Cotton so annoying when she says things like "tuneage"! Ugh. I quite liked Edith Bowman's show. Shame. Love Vernon Kay and Sara Cox wish they were on more
I love Greg James! Its a shame he isn't on at a more listenable time!

And I'm not best pleased that Edith will be getting me up before work on Sunday mornings! But then Dev isn't that great either!

Some changes to the 1Xtra schedule and the Radio 1 evening schedules too.

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/pressoffice/pre...0/radio1.shtml

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/pressoffice/pre...westwood.shtml

So Westwood presents the new 1Xtra drivetime show, and on Radio 1 Annie Mac and Pete Tong switch slots on a Friday night, Steve Lamacq leaves R1 and Nihal presents a new weekly review show on a Tuesday evening.

Tim Westwood says: "My swagger levels are through the roof!"

i don't like that move, between annie mac and pete tong, when pete tong plays alot more build up to the night stuff, and annie mac hits it with the big hard hitting tunes for the night

They got rid of westwood's grime show on 1xtra and replaced it with hip hop which is annoying. Now i'm not a fan of westwood but I liked the artists he had on. First they sensored it and now theyve completely removed it. Sucks!

1xtra is slowly becoming a boring american station. I dont like most new hip hop and rnb - 1xtra was better off playing more uk stuff.
