Just wanted to pick people's brains, really. I know PMT is supposed to stand for Pre-Menstrual Tension, but I was wondering if anyone else experiences it after their period rather than before?

I'm just curious, because that seems to be how it is for me - I'm fine up until roughly the day before I start, when I get a bit irritable, then the week or so afterwards, I get full-blown mood swings, etc. It's like everything's the wrong way round.

So, is it like this for anyone else? I've only recently spotted the pattern - I always thought I didn't get PMT - but I'm not sure whether the hormones milling around after your period could have that effect...
