I bought a shirt from Zara and the cuff has two buttons on different sides. You can see one of the buttons on the photo and the other one is on the back of the cuff where I've drawn a circle.

But how do I button it up?

Do the first one up(the one not circled) then fold the cuff over so that the circled button is on the outside and do that up. Or just choose which button you want to use. Play around with it and find something that you think looks good.

the one you have circled goes through the matching buttonhole, but through it downwards.
    the other button as usual

I've tried to do both the buttons up like that but it didn't work.

button up the uncircled one! (you don't need to if your wrists are too big)

then fold it over cufflink through the other two holes (will be four in total) and it will be fine

You sure the cuff nearest your shoulder doesn't do up first, then the other cuff folds back over it and does up normally?

If I use one of the buttons, there's only one more hole.
