Recently I have been very stressed. My body just aches with it, my shoulders being the most tense of all.
I've had massages and a bubble bath... Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of this stress?

Do the things you enjoy. Reading, drawing, listening to music, cooking, going on long walks....

Sleep more often. Take regular time outs. Most importantly, find something you're passionate about that can help relieve all this stress. For me it's playing piano- just an example. It's a personal thing.

there are two ways

1. problem solving- ie solve the problem thats causing you stress

or 2. learning to cope with the problem. My favourite ways of coping with stress, is rather unorthodox (night out with the girls and a fat huge kebab at the end, and a fit guys number...maybe even the chance of sex) but aromatherpy is good, as is things like bachs, lavendar baths, breathing excercises
