I booked Independent Housing over the internet, on the Bath Spa Student Housing website, couple weeks ago.
However I got an email from one of Sutdent Housing people that they have not received my application or supporting information.
What do they mean by this? Is there something separate to the online that I have to send in?
The email also said that they've moved me into the halls for now.
I've tried to contact them, but of course, today is graduation day, which means I won't be able to speak to anyone until monday.
Thanks for any help you give me~~

I can only assume that you have signed up for non university accommodation and coincidentally the university (not the housing you have booked) have just e-mailed you to let you know that if you hadn't applied for on campus housing that you should have by this point and if you want it they are still holding a place for you.
All in all quite a nice service by them but I believe that what you have done for the independent housing is probaly sufficient although there are often deposits, guarantor forms and other items that they will also likely require.
Good idea would be to phone both the Uni's housing dept as well as the accommodation that you have booked to ensure you've done everything you need. For now you shouldn't worry about it and worse case scenario you have at least been given a place in on campus halls.
