    Well I've been trying to do some but I'm finding it very difficult. My main problem is that I can't keep my lower back on the floor (I feel like every time I'm trying to raise my legs my back raises off the floor too) and I have no idea how not to - it's like it just has to happen. I tried only a few out and now I feel a bit of pain on my lower back (only tiny though so I don't think it's of any problem) which I don't think is what's meant to happen so I'm just wondering how exactly I can keep my lower back on the floor or if I should try something easier till I'm stronger to do these.
