If I was in your position I would opt for Imperial or Warwick although possibly Bath as the are very good aswell. If money isn't an issue then you'd be better off at LSE otherwise take Imperial. Although Warwick and Bath would be considerably cheaper in terms of tuition and living costs. Durham is good as well but don't really like it.

I'm currently at Cardiff Uni and love the place. The city is awesome, people friendly, lower living costs than elsewhere and good facilities at Uni. It's a nice safe city with loads to do outside study and i'm really going to miss the place. The only reason i'm going elsewhere is because they don't do the MSc want and want to go to a higher rated uni.

The only downside is that as a university it is good but not in the league of Imperial, Warwick or even Bath. Still it is pretty much a top 20 uni overall.

It depends what field you want to work in. For Investment Banking, Imperial,Warwick and Reading are perfect for that. Manchester is very good as well. If you have the money choose Warwick/Imperial. If not go to Manchester.
