Degree in Physics/Business?

Are there many jobs in Physics that pay well? Is it worth taking Physics for a degree against other sciences (since I don't want to be a doctor or anything).

Also, are types of businesses useful degrees in anyway?

Physics can lead to a wide number of jobs yes and if you go to a good uni and do well I'm sure you can land a well paying job.

I don't really get your second question but yes business degrees are also useful in the right career sector.

If your talking about joint honours in both then yes I'm sure there are also a large number of jobs available. I know both Imperial and Loughborough offer Physics/Business courses.
