I'm looking to build strength and tone my abdomen after having had surgery as a child.
I'm doing the 100 pushup and 200 situp programmes. Should I also be doing leg lifts, bicep curls etc to see a real difference? I'm not able to get a gym membership until September, so the most I can really look to buy in the way of equipment is a few free weights. My lower abdomen needs a lot more work given that's where the incision was. What advice would you give? Totally new to this so please excuse my evident ignorance!
