    Do they take it out for the driving compnays money and the instructor gets fired?

    Comes off the instructor's insurance- instructors have their cars insured for any learner. If you do it because you're thick, you may suffer for it. If you do it because you're inexperienced and it was genuinely an accident, you'll just suffer a confidence knock.

    I read somewhere that one person had to pay their instructors' excess. This was BSM.

    I once scratched my instructors car on a bush at side of road haha He wasnt a happy bunny.
