Well I'm starting a job in October and I'll be training to become an accountant, so I'll still have three more years of exams!
Accountancy, eh?
:work:
You'll be in the money, though

In other news, I found out how bad an idea it is to game share with PSN.
A while ago, it was only I who had a PS3 on my account, and I shared this with my brother. So everything we bought was on my account. This included FIFA UT, CoD maps, PSN games and so on.
I then activated it on my older brother's console. I have his account activated on my PS3 so we share stuff.
2 activations were up.
I then thought,
"I have 3 left. I'll trade with my friends".
So I activated with 3 of my friends.
All activations were used.
Then my brother bought his own PS3.
And obviously couldn't use the games or maps he'd paid towards
So I contacted my friends to deactivate it on their systems.
2 of them got YLOD.
So that's 2 activations permanently lost.
My third friend kept on saying 'I'll get round to it'. And took his time.
So here I was, my younger brother cheesed off because I'd messed up everything.
So I decided to phone up Sony to ask them kindly to deactivate all of the consoles so that I could start from scratch.
They said no as it was my fault for game sharing and I'd probably violated the ToS.

This morning, after 2 months, my friend deactivated my account on his console, and my brother is still in the process of downloading everything I bought.

Moral of the story:
Don't use all your activations!

Well, the exams won't be too bad to start with, at least. You'll probably find yourself looking forward to having a break from 'real' work! :p:

Just spent £60 on Rubik's cubes. Feels bad man.

If I remember, Illusionary used to get upset when I said "ps3 has no games" or something like that

Wow that is unlucky. I don't think I'll be sharing any of my downloads then!

IIRC, when I played Mike's level a while back, the same person could play several times and it would still add to the count. Is it the same level you asked about th other day? I'll give it a few plays over the weekend if I get the chance.
Yup same level

Annd I don't think you can repeatedly play the same level anymore, i'm not sure :o: But it would be a great help if you played it 50 times :ahee:

I'm on my 7th PS3 and I only realised you could deactivate after the 3rd/4th one so I was furious. I did manage to deactivate ever other one since they but I don't have any activations remaining so if I do have to call up Sony (which I've done before for the exact same reason) they best deactivate mine since they can't be arsed to make proper PS3's. :fuhrer:

7th?!
What happened to the other 6?! YLOD for all of them?
At least your deactivations are lost because your PS3s stopped working. So they should help you out. Because mine were lost because I game shared with my friends, I got rejected.

Just so many different problems, only one of them had YLOD, the rest had problems with bluetooth, freezing etc etc...

I think only one of my mates has my PSN details, I've got like 8 people though...so many free games!

Why did you tell them you'd game shared? :holmes:

No matter when it is released I can say goodbye to any chance of a decent uni grade

On a similar note, does GT5 prologue have damage built into it from the start? I can't get online with my PS3 for at least another month so no updates for me

EDIT: On another note, moving into a house next year in central southampton. Two of the 5 of us have PS3 and will want to get on the net with them. What is a good internet provider to go for? I understand we would need unlimited (or as near as) usage with the amount we 5 download from the net as it is.

Hmmm... I said that too, CoD: Black Ops, LBP 2, GT5 and Fifa 11... :woo: :eek3: :sogood:

IIRC, I don't think there was.

COD, GT5 and the new F1 game. :eek3: :woo:

I may put off purchasing GT5 prologue at least until I can get online if there is no damage.
