I just use my PC to watch HD movies. My PS3 is pretty much solely used for games. :yeah:

If the back up files you've already got aren't bigger than 4GB, you can do this:
Cut the stuff from the 250GB back to you computer in one folder.
    Format the 250GB to FAT32.
Copy your back up stuff from your computer back onto the 250GB.
Plug the 250GB into PS3 and back up normally.

In other news, I've just completed my online check-in for my flight tomorrow. :excited:
    Same here.

    Ah, yeah that'd work.

I've transferred around 400GB of videos to the PS3 for me to watch (TV shows etc.) over time. It's all on there. But some other stuff can't be copied over. So I think it's time to transfer all that back onto my new shiny laptop that can actually play videos!:woo:

Plug in your laptop into your HDTV and you're sorted. :yeah:

Indeed! Got a nice 25.5" 1080p in my bedroom with my laptop next to it. Films = win!

Good idea! Not for myself personally though. My internet isn't the strongest at home, so even streaming requires a lot of buffering, and often drops
TVersity is good for streaming, I hear.

If the videos are already on your laptop, you can stream from there rather than an external site, using TVersity or just Windows Media Player

Ahh yes. But my PS3 is wirelessly connected to the router which is on the other side of the house. Connection isn't good. And I have no power plugs left either.
    Thanks anyway
