edit: people are saying go for a run, but that just stresses me even more, with all the cars going by and watching me o.o

How do you destress?


i punch a cushion.

Hot chocolate or a cup of tea.
Watch my favourite stand up comedians or an uplifting film (i.e. Amelie :heart:).
Do a bit of drawing/ sketching.
Dance around my room to my favourite music (seen Grey's Anatomy where they do that? It actually works :p:)
Sleep.
Go for a walk (with music), works especially well at night.
Have a bath.
That's about it I suppose. :smile:
