What do I do to unwind? I have a nice, relaxing wan- ...wait, I mean...
    Yanking the crank
    Beating the meat
    Hugging the horn
    Wrestling the eel
    Taming the shrew
    Fiddling the flesh flute
    Pulling the pope
    Spanking the monkey
    Basting the ham
    Battling the purple-headed yogurt slinger
    Crowning the king
    Whacking the weasel
    Shaking the snake
    Pumping the stump
    Bopping the bonzo
    Jerkin' the gerkin

    My various methods:

    - Tidying up and cleaning everything.
    - Making a list of what I'm stressed about and for each problem writing a proposed solution, and that calms me down a bit.
    - If it's a nice day, taking my dogs out for a walk and listening to my iPod.
    - Playing the piano
    - Taking a hot shower and moisturising afterwards
    - Drinking a nice comforting cup of tea
    - Watching a funny movie/comedy show or reading a funny book (form of escapism I suppose, and plus laughter always relaxes you because relaxation and stress can't coincide)
    - Calling my mum on the phone and having a chat
    - Taking 10 deep breaths and giving myself little pep talks i.e. 'Calm down. You can do this...'
    - Playing soothing music and closing my eyes for 10 minutes whilst lying on my bed

There is nothing better than finishing off a pack of chocolate caramel biscuits when you are in a bad mood/stressy mood. With a cup of hot chocolate and marshmallows with whipped cream. Woot.

Yes, true. But once you've finished with the previous stress, then you have another stress to ride through. Look at the mirror and  with our figure after that lol
